All orders at Porter West are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note: During peak periods or if additional information is needed (e.g. incomplete payment or missing shipping details), processing may take slightly longer. If anything is required, we’ll contact you via email before shipping.

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days after processing

Missing Items or Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or a front desk
  • Review the tracking link for any delivery notes
  • Still can’t find it? Email us at support@porterwest.com within 7 days of the delivery date

We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email support@porterwest.com immediately.

We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in fulfillment.
If your order has already shipped, you can return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
