Processing time We diligently prepare and process your Porter West order within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Delivery time After your items have left our facility, the estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days.

Order cutoff time Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00). Any purchases finalized after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping costs Standard shipping is completely free on all orders, and we do not require any minimum purchase amount.

How we ship We team up with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely. As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages In the event your package does not arrive within 15 business days from the dispatch date, please reach out to us. We will happily resolve the issue by dispatching a replacement or providing a complete refund.

Sales tax Our displayed prices do not include state or local sales taxes. Where applicable, these taxes will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your specific United States delivery address.

Where does my order come from? In order to offer you high-quality items at the most competitive prices, we collaborate with chosen international fulfillment networks. Your package will be dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners in Asia.
